Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Most North Island addresses arrive within 1–3 business days, and South Island addresses within 2–4 business days via tracked courier.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide vials should be stored in a refrigerator or freezer, away from light, until ready for use in a research setting. Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations to preserve stability.
